If you want to revert back, you will need to uninstall Office 2016 version of Office 365 ProPlus, then install the Office 2013 version which includes InfoPath 2013. As long as you have an active Office 365 ProPlus subscription, you can install this version of InfoPath 2013. Please go ahead to install I don't have a RDS environment, thus cannot give it a try, but I'm assuming you can install it on a RDS server. When you upgrade an existing installation of Office 365 ProPlus to the Office 2016 version, InfoPath is removed from the computer. InfoPath 2013 remains the current version and won't be included in the Office 2016 version of Office 365 ProPlus. After upgrade from Office365 2013 version to 2016 version InfoPath dissapeared.
